Backplane Systems Technology is pleased to introduce iBASE’s IPPC1505-RE 6th Generation Intel® Core™ i3/i5/i7 Processor Expandable Panel PC.

The IPPC Core-Series are Industrial Expandable Panel PCs powered by 7th/6th Generation Intel® Core™ Processors and are available with a 15-inch (IPPC1505-RE), 17-inch (IPPC1705-RE), or 19-inch (IPPC1905-RE) touchscreen display to perform a variety of tasks. These fanless units come with state-of-the-art features, combining connectivity with flexible I/O and high reliability for factory automation, machine automation, and other harsh indoor applications.

These multi-function Panel PCs are designed for easy construction and integration into existing systems, while providing a rich set of I/O interfaces: Two Gigabit Ethernet ports that support EtherCAT master, six USB 3.0, one RS232/422/485, and one USB 2.0 port at the front bezel. Current models are installed with an Intel® Core™ i7-6822EQ, Intel® Core™ i5-6442EQ, or Intel® Core™ i3-6102E processor, and 4GB of system memory which is expandable to 32GB. Other available expansions come in the form of two PCI-E x8, an M.2 M Key, and a mini PCI-E slot.

They have an IP65 rating on their fronts, and use VESA/Panel mounting. Built with a 64GB SSD drive, they support an operating temperature of up to 50°C and a power input of 12V/24V DC. Other advanced features include a 4-in/4-out digital I/O and IBASE’s iSMART green technology with EuP/Erp power saving, auto power on/off scheduler, and power resume functions.
