The SBC is equipped with sufficient memory (2x DDR4-2133 SO-DIMM, Max 32GB) to enable efficient functionality. Also, IB917 has a wide-range power input as well as access to iSMART technology.

Likewise, IB917 supports a display port, HDMI, and 24-bit dual-channel LVDS for effective video output. In terms of I/O, the SBC facilitates, 1x RS-232/422/485, 2x USB 2.0, and 4x USB3.0 as well as a Fintek F81846AD-I I/O chipset. Ultimately, allowing IB917 to perform its set functions successfully across a variety of industrial applications. Furthermore, IB917 has a 1xmSATA to enable necessary storage.

IB917 is extremely compact as it measures 102mm x 147mm. Allowing, the SBC to become an asset to space constraint applications. Similarly, IB917 can survive tough industrial conditions as it has a wide operating temperature range of 0°C~60°C.
