Backplane Systems Technology is pleased to present Sintrones’ VBOX-3121 In-Vehicle PC, powered by Intel’s 6 Generation i7-6600U CPU and onboard HD Graphic 520 support. The unique selling points of VBOX-3121 are; 2 x LAN, 2 x HDMI, 1 x VGA, 2 x USB 3.0 and 1 x USB 2.0 with 3 x RS-232/422/485 (for i3 and C1), 4 x RS-232/422/485 (for i7 and i5).
Likewise, VBOX-3121 supports DC 9-36V Input, up to 16GB DDR4 SO-DIMM, 2x Mini-card Slots, and dual SIM Card Sockets, with an ambient operating temperature of -40 ~ -+70°C. Hence, it provides high-performing, yet cost-effective, multi-purpose devices for public transportation, emergency vehicle, and railway management.
Additionally, VBOX-3121 is designed for fleet management, mobile DVR, driver behaviour record, and in-vehicle digital signage. It can effectively support vehicles in extreme Australian environments, such as mining, long-haul transportation, and rail applications.
Furthermore, the high-performance i7 and i5 CPU versions are housed in a fanless 250 x 167.6 x 54mm chassis while the i3 and Dual Core CPU series are housed in a compact 182 x 167.6 x 54mm fanless chassis.
