The PIP40 Product Family is a line of rugged embedded computers that offer excellent performance, low power consumption, and high levels of integration. A small aluminium housing with DIN-Rail or flange mount, a tough MIL IP67 inclosure, a 19″ rack system, or an open frame solution with a  cooling plate are all options for the solution. Depending on your application or demands, everything is adjustable. Depending on the housing choice or needs, the design incorporates lockable headers or standard connections for simple connection.

The PIP housings have enough room for a 2.5″ SSD or additional upgrades (such as a UPS or RAID). The system may be easily expanded thanks to its two mPCIe and three m.2 slots. The PCIe/104 or PCIe cards can be integrated using the internal expansion bus. These extension options offer the greatest degree of customizability for extra interfaces and functionalities. To ensure that standards like EN50155, IEC 60945, or MIL-STD-810 can be satisfied and that the EMC of the entire system is within CE and FCC limits, special steps were taken during the design process.
