Backplane Systems Technology is pleased to present Neousys The POC-465AWP is a new class of fanless Neousys PCs with an IP65 rating based on Intel® Elkhart Lake Atom. The letters AWP stand for accessibility, water resistance, and security. The POC-465AWP is created to address your common environmental concerns. The air-tight system, which has IP65 waterproof protection in a stainless steel and aluminium chassis, inhibits internal PCBA corrosion in environments with high salinity or humidity. Second, the hermetic inclosure can be used without suffering damage in filthy or dusty, air-polluted situations like a farm or mining site. Also, the system has a wide working temperature range of -25°C to 70°C and an effective heat dissipation design to reduce thermal throttling.
The POC-465AWP has M12 connectors for connections to ensure connection in challenging, shock- and vibration-prone settings. Aside from two separated RS-232 and RS-422/485 connections, the system offers two isolated 2.5G Ethernet interfaces. The motherboard is shielded from voltage spikes that could harm internal components thanks to the separated architecture. Also, it contains a VGA, two USB 2.0 ports, an M.2 M key to enable SATA SSDs, and a mini-PCIe slot for wireless connectivity like WiFi, LTE, CAN bus, etc.
POC-465AWP is dependable and highly tolerant to demanding environments to fulfil a variety of applications by combining IP65, M12, and outstanding thermal design. It is suitable for outdoor applications like wildfire detection, unmanned vehicles, or harsh settings like food/beverage manufacturing and pharmaceutical processing thanks to its ultra-compact size, which fits easily into small locations. It is also waterproof. The POC-465AWP from Neousys has an additional feature called the IP65 rating that can raise the value and quality of the product.
