Backplane Systems Technology is pleased to present Neousys NUVO-8208GC. The Nuvo-8208GC is the first twin GPU edge artificial intelligence platform in the world with features for in-vehicle use. It provides incredible GPU power up to 28 TFLOPS in FP32 for developing GPU-accelerated edge computing, such as autonomous driving, image inspection, and surveillance/security. It is designed specifically to enable dual NVIDIA RTX 30 series graphics cards.

The Intel® Xeon® E or 9th/ 8th-Gen CoreTM 8-core/ 16-thread CPUs in the Nuvo-8208GC edge AI computing platform are paired with the workstation-grade Intel® C246 chipset to enable up to 128 GB of ECC or non-ECC DDR4 memory. The system includes an M.2 2280 NVMe socket for the best possible disc performance as well as two hot-swappable 2.5″ trays for quick HDD/SSD replacement. For protecting cable connections, its front-accessible GbE and USB 3.1 Gen1/ Gen2 ports have screw-lock mechanisms. The Nuvo-8208GC offers two additional x8 PCIe slots and one x4 PCIe slot for expansion cards to expand function sets such as data collecting, analytics, and communication, in addition to the dual x16 PCIe slots for GPU installation.
